We started Solutions Property Management, LLC because we saw how many distressed properties were sitting untouched — neighborhoods that needed investment, homes that needed a second life. Nearly two decades later, we've turned that conviction into a growing national operation.
Our Story
How we got here
Solutions Property Management, LLC was founded in 2005 by Beth and Don Cornelius — a husband and wife team who believed the fix-and-flip model could be done better, with more discipline, better systems, and a genuine commitment to the communities they worked in.
They started with a handful of deals and built a contractor network they could trust. Their son Donovan joined the business and today the three of them run every aspect of the operation together — from sourcing to sale.
What hasn't changed is the core of what they do: find properties that have been overlooked, put in the work to restore them, and bring quality homes to buyers who want them.

Co-Founder
Don co-founded Solutions Property Management, LLC in 2005 and has led acquisitions strategy ever since. He oversees deal sourcing, market relationships, and contractor networks.
Beth Cornelius
Co-Founder
Beth built the financial and operational backbone of Solutions Property Management, LLC. She manages underwriting, budgets, and the systems that keep the business running smoothly.
Donovan Cornelius
Operations & Disposition
Donovan grew up in the business and now leads day-to-day operations and disposition — managing rehab timelines, agent relationships, and property sales.
